Summary: Front desk staff was rude, Management was even worse. The room has been redone and found it comfortable and clean. They were very sloppy when they painted so the bathroom looks terrible but clean.

Summary: Check in pricess took at least 25 min, and the whole time the service agent looked at me with no smile, not a friendly word, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Felt like checking in with Norman Bates. I have used this hotel several times over the years, but this was the last. I won't be back.
